The Confucius Institute, University of Colombo (CIUC) successfully conducted the internet-based Chinese Proficiency Tests (HSK\/ HSKK, home edition) for 2022 on 30th October 2022. It was the 5th and the last test which was listed for 2022. CI was able to conduct an onsite and online system and covered the levels of HSK 1- 5; HSKK primary, intermediate, and advanced levels, with the participation of 118 local and international candidates at the CIUC test center.<\/p>\n
In the last few years, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the test was conducted online, only. \u00a0CIUC handed out onsite installations for 32 and online for 86 local and foreign candidates and in October tests.<\/p>\n
Since 2020, CIUC work as an HSK\/HSKK test center and has done all the work in detail to ensure the smooth progress of the test.<\/p>\n
CIUC academic and non-academic staff cooperated and completed the Internet-based HSK\/HSKK test for 359 candidates in 2022. \u00a0The students expressed that the Internet-based tests have provided many conveniences for them, and they extended their gratitude to the lecturers for their patient guidance and the help. The CIUC timely conducted the Internet-based HSK\/HSKK tests to serve Chinese learners in Sri Lanka based on the actual needs of the students.<\/p>\n
Lastly, foreign students who took the test at CIUC did not forget to visit the University of Colombo and express their gratitude to the CIUC staff.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
