Kottahachchi, Chief Inspector of Police and Officer in Charge, Mr. T. Duminda De Silva, Sri Lankan Director of CIUC Dr. Anuththaradevi Widyalankara, and the academic staff of the CIUC were participated at this gracious occasion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his speech, Senior Professor Lasantha Manawadu, the Dean Faculty of Arts emphasized the importance of learning a foreign language in the present global context and he mentions that it will be a better solution to curb prevailing youth unemployment in the country. All the invitees expressed their gratitude towards the CIUC and they all have a strong expectation towards developing the avenues of enhancing Chinese language education and the promotion of the Culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certificates were awarded to qualifiers of the Chinese Language Proficiency Test (HSK) belonged to the Vocational Chinese Language 1<sup>st<\/sup> batch 2022 at the Inauguration Ceremony. \u00a0The Chinese Embassy of Sri Lanka donated a set of books of a collaborative authorship of the Chinese Director-CIUC, Prof. Ma Zhongwu to the National
